Harmonic Passages

Harmonic Passages: based on dynamic sequences through which the practitioner learns to perceive the expressive potential of the body in the endless architectures of vinyasa. The practice allows you to experience the freedom of expression of the body from the harmonic perception of synchrony between movement and breath. The asana sequences are built and harmonized following the anatomical logic, energy, and breathing for a stimulating and creative practice

Centered Yoga

The Centered Yoga method was created by Dona Hollemann by summarizing the numerous experiences that make her research stand out.

The system rests on eight vital principles, which are the result of a lifetime’s work and of authentic intuition, and which work across-the-board of every style of yoga.

In each one of these principles we can make out the impressions left by the teachings of Iyengar and Krishnamurti, her deep friendship with Vanda Scaravelli, and the study of the works of Mabel Todd and Castaneda. The suggested work begins in the body, through the rearrangement around the physical ad energetic centre of the person in synergy with the harmonizing action of breathing.

The Centered Yoga method takes gradually to face yoga postures without ever imposing them, but helping the body accept and adapt to the structural concepts of rooting, centering, elongating and breathing. This is done by investigating in our daily practice the dynamic balance of the forces that integrate mind and body, until the meditative attitude and personal intent become the elements that guide the yoga process.
