In this section we publish the Safeguarding Regulation of YOGA SUTRA STUDIO ASD, which governs the tools for the prevention and fight against any form of abuse, harassment, gender-based violence, or discrimination on the grounds of ethnicity, religion, personal beliefs, disability, age, or sexual orientation, as well as for the reasons set forth in European Directive 2012/2019 and in the Delegated Law on the Reorganization of CONI and on sports professionalism of August 8, 2019, no. 86, concerning Members, especially minors, within the scope of the activities carried out by the Association.

The document incorporates the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 36 of February 28, 2021, and Legislative Decree no. 39 of February 28, 2021, the provisions issued by the National Council of CONI, and the Fundamental Principles approved by CONI’s Permanent Observatory for safeguarding policies.
