    • Ashtanga Mysore style: traditional teaching for all levels of practice (suitable for those who know the sequence)
    • Ashtanga Led Classes: practice for beginners to learn the sequence of the asanas
    • Asthanga Primary Series Led Classes (count in Sanskrit): reserved to Mysore style practitioners, guidance according to the KPJAYI tradition
    • Harmonic Passages: based on dynamic sequences through which the practitioner learns to perceive the expressive potential of the body in the endless architectures of vinyasa.
    • Centred Yoga (methodology inspired by the works of Dona Holleman): statics classes to study and deepen single asanas starting with the internal balance of the body
